DecisionTrac
On Line
We
at Better Decisions have developed an on line
survey tool that encompasses all our methodologies
(plus a few new ones) in one package: |
| |
 |
Traditional Questionnaires |
 |
Ad and Concept
Tests for Print and TV |
 |
Emotional Response
Mappings |
 |
Moment-to-Moment
Tracking for Video and Animatics |
 |
Open-Ended Questions |
 |
Skip Patterns |
|
|
| |
With this
tool you can survey hundreds of respondents
at a fraction of the cost. Your survey can
test: |
| |
 |
Concepts |
 |
Print |
 |
Detailed Aids |
 |
Videos, Commercials |
 |
Animatics |
 |
Package Designs
(in 3-D) |
 |
Product Positioning |
 |
Attitudes and
Emotions |
 |
Messages and Communications |
 |
Customer Satisfaction |
 |
Employee Satisfaction |
|
| |
Questions
can be structured using traditional scale
questions, open-ended questions, multiple-choice
and multiple-answer, and questions with skip
patterns.
Powerful video and graphics can easily be
integrated into your DecisionTrac On Line
survey using fully produced ads or animatics,
photos, drawings or other designs, and brand and logo graphics. We can even create 3-dimensional
images for package design and concept testing.
We also have an Interactive Concept Evaluation
tool that allows you to evaluate written concepts
by having the respondents use highlighters
on line, to identify words they like or dislike.
For Moment-to-moment Tracking on line, we
use a unique slider bar that allows respondents
to identify their changing attitude toward
the video, ad or animatic on a moment-to-moment
basis. At the end of the survey the video,
with the combined trace superimposed and time-stamped
on the image, is available for analysis.
We can, of course, incorporate the AdSAM Emotional
Response Mapping process into our DecisionTrac
On Line to provide a more robust analysis.
